  If I could give this place a -5 review I would! They should change the name to "Scam Salon & Spa". I made the appointment earlier this week and when the gentlemen on the phone asked me "how did you hear about us?" and I said "I bought a Living Social coupon", I instantly heard him go "ugggg..." but I still made the appointment for today. Mind you, I live in Coral Gables and this place is in Aventura but I was there on time (11:00am, Friday, 11/20/15) and this is how the conversation went after I walked in and sat down at the gentlemen's chair:
  
  Him: So what are we doing today?
  Me: What's listed here on the coupon but let me ask you, instead of highlights, can I get just root color?
  Him: No I'm sorry, we have to abide by exactly what is specified on the coupon. (partial highlights, wash, moraccon oil treatment and blow out) because I have had people complain if anything is changed.
  Me: Okay, that's fine, then just do what's on the coupon, that is what I paid for after all.
  Him: No I can't...you have to have your roots done.
  Me: But that's what I said.
  Him: WHAT...do you want me to give it to you for FREE!?!?!
  Me: No, I didn't say that...look just do what's on the coupon.
  Him: I can't do that because in order to do the highlights, I have to do your roots.
  Me: But I just want whats on the coupon.
  Him: I won't do it because it won't look right.
  Me: So you can't do anything then.
  Him: No, I won't!
  
  I informed him that I traveled from Coral Gables to here and that the only reason I came was because of the coupon but he didn't care. I walked out of the salon without doing anything to it and I start a new job tomorrow, my hair is a disaster and I have no other recourse at this time. I just want to cry at this point.
  
  PLEASE no matter how good a deal the coupon may seem...DON'T GET IT! As I said at the beginning, this place is a SCAM!
