  Summary: food is decent, 7 or of 10. Customer service sucks, 5 out of 10. Atmosphere, depends on what you're looking for. Not a place for small talk.
  
  Went with a group of 9 people. Outside was packed but inside had a full bar and maybe 2 or 3 groups. It didn't appear to be super busy but they had a good amount of customers. Our waitress approaches our table and takes our orders rather quickly. She didn't get rude until the food came out. Apparently there was ask extra order of fries (which none of us ordered) so she proceeds to say "No you guys ordered an extra order of fries but that's ok" and tried to shove my to go container in my hand. I understand she may have been stressed but you really need to check your attitude when working in customer service. Music was INCREDIBLY loud, food was ok. Reasonable
